How it works?

1. Register as an Employer

We require your registered company name, contact name, position, email, and phone number.

2. Add a Payment Method

We accept any Canadian-issued and most non-Canadian issued credit cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, or Discover logo, as well as Interac Debit cards.

3. Create a Job

When creating a job, choose job type, enter start & end date, start & end time, job location, number of employees needed, and the job description. Make sure to explain if any personal protective equipment(P.P.E.) or tools are needed for the job.

4. Secure a Worker

You will be notified when a SecureWork worker applies to your job. You are in control of the working hours using our check-in and check-out feature.

Frequently Asked Question

Are there any upfront costs?

No, however, we will need to collect payment details before we can send you any workers. You will only be charged for worker hours confirmed by you and payment will be taken once you have checked out all workers.

Can I hire a Securework worker?

Yes! If you find a securework worker you would want apart of your team, please contact us at support@securework.com.

What happens if the worker does not show up?

If a worker doesn’t show up you can flag the worker for no show. We will do our best to find you a replacement. You will only be charged for worker hours confirmed by you.

When do I pay for work completed?

We charge the card on file once you have checked out all workers and confirmed the hours worked.
